A trip to the castle

Thursday finally made up for yesterday’s rainy weather. In the morning it was sunny and warm, so we spontaneously decided to visit the castle in Platamonas. We chose to walk there, and it turned out to be a great decision. We followed quiet paths, accompanied by three local dogs which led the way to our destination. 

 

 

We also stopped for a moment to admire the view of the town and the surrounding hills - it was really impressive. The closer we got to the castle, the more atmospheric it became: a narrow path, lots of greenery, and the sea view. In the end, the stone walls of the castle appeared, perfectly completing the whole experience. 

That day, the hospitality group also focused on their hotel duties at the hotel restaurant. They served guests and tried to prepare tables as quickly as possible. Their tasks also included arranging dishes in their designated places and cleaning up after breakfast. 

Despite all the work, it was a very successful day full of positive impressions.
